Armed Woman of America - Range 2 in use 5p to 8p

For those of you who aren’t familiar with our group, allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a local chapter of the national organization, Armed Women of America (AWA). We are a national non-profit organization that organizes local groups of women around the country that meet monthly to practice, learn, and grow as shooters. We exist to enable women to be their own self-protectors, creating freedom, peace of mind and confidence in themselves. Our goal is to educate and empower women in a safe and non-threatening environment for their effective and responsible self-defense with a firearm.

We are a diverse group of women of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience. We meet on the forth Monday of each month to discuss various topics related to firearms, firearm safety, and other methods of self-defense. We also cover a variety of other topics including situational awareness, home defense, first aid, emergency preparedness, etc. In addition to classroom lessons and discussions, we also have hands-on, supervised practice on the range with instructors available to assist and teach.
