Now that Wisconsin has concealed carry, may Illinois residents are asking if they can carry a concealed firearm while visiting Wisconsin. The answer to that question is, Yes, as an Illinois resident, you can carry concealed in Wisconsin, if you have a concealed firearm permit from one of the following states:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Notice that the permit from the state of Florida is not on this list.
The Utah Concealed Firearm permit (This Class) IS recognized by the state of Wisconsin.
Pine Tree Pistol Club hosts the Utah Concealed Firearm Permit class on the 3rd Friday of every month. The cost of the c lass is $100. To register for this class, Click "HERE" and then find the class you wish to attend. Complete the online line registration form and you are all set.
