THE ORGANIZATION

Pine Tree Pistol Club Inc.

(A General Not for Profit Organization)

Our founding fathers put it thusly in our 1956 Articles of Incorporation: "The encouragement of organized rifle and pistol shooting among citizens of the United States in our community, with an eye toward a better knowledge on the part of such citizens of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved marksmanship. It shall be our further purpose to develop those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship,  self- discipline, team play and self-reliance  which are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism."

The membership elects the officers and directors who manage PTPC. The members perform all organized activities and maintenance of the building. We are a not-for-profit corporation founded in 1954, dedicated to serving the shooting sports enthusiast with a safe, enjoyable environment.

THE BUILDING

PTPC has three ranges. Range I has six firing points that are 25 yards long. One of these points is handicapped accessible. Range II has twelve firing points and is 50 feet long. All points on Ranges I and II have target carriers for convenient recovery of targets. Range III is 25 yards long, but has no fixed firing points; it is available for use by our holster qualified members only. PTPC also has a meeting/class room and full kitchen. The building is fully handicapped accessible and smoke-free.

THE HOURS OF OPERATION

PTPC has no set hours of operation. Keys cards are issued to full members who may use the facilities at their convenience. Occasionally, one or all of our ranges may be closed for maintenance or other scheduled events. Please check the club calendar for the latest schedule.
